Editorial:

The journals will expose the recent developments in the fields of Electronics and communication. Circuits and various other technical topics of common interest will feature in the journals, a part from throwing light upon the achievements of students in various competitions, there will also be polling system to decide on certain activities like topics for discussion or seminars.

The editorial team will manage the activities regarding the publishing of the journal and this team will consist of student members nominated by the faculty.

Hardware design club:

Learning sections will be conducted weekly for interested members on various practical aspects like uses of standard ICs etc. required in building any project or model for competitions.

At the end of the month a workshop will be conducted in which practical sessions will be given to students in the taught topics with the help of teachers.

Regular assignments will be given to students to test their developed skills.

Industrial tours:

Students will be taken for industrial tours as and when there is an opportunity.

Core technology groups (Communication, Embedded systems & VLSI design):

Every week seminars will be conducted on various topics chosen by the society. The members interested will be given a choice of 4 to 5 topics and then according to demands of members, volunteers will conduct these seminars.

The students volunteering for the seminars will be given opportunities and evaluated by the teachers and awarded with certificates and will also be chosen accordingly for competitions like paper presentation etc. in various inter college competitions.

 

 

Advantages:

Based on the performance of the members in various activities a database will be maintained. The best members will be recommended by the society to the CTC to represent the college in various competitions in inter college events. These students will be assisted by the society.
